Ha, thanks David. I wrote that in March with an eye towards expediting the decision making process - That closing the Viaduct ASAP would also give us a look into the success or failure of traffic management plans hadn't occured to me.

I've been reading your posts about the viaduct, as well as the articles you keep linking to. I can't quite put together what/where exactly the viaduct is? Think you could do a brief post and explain the issue from the ground up? I'd like to understand the whole issue a little better... your posts would probably make a little more sense to me that way. :)
