I am surprised that Andrew Sullivan would fall for such an uncooked dish.

What traditional conservatives can uniquely bring, however, is a way of improving environmental policy to embrace more market-friendly structures...

Of course he offers no examples or even one example. Why? Because I don't think that there are any which stand-up to scrutiny. Go ahead, prove me wrong. And btw I offer my challenge as one who is extremely skeptical of liberal over-reaching in the realm of, at least, land use.
