So much intrigues me. The cast of characters is something out of Shakespeare. A Prince of the Realm, a Lord, millionaires named Candy, Oriental Potentates, and neighborhood commoners -- "ordinary people" even a few with titles -- in the background. The whole shooting match.
(And btw for future reference in these posts I'll refer to the whole thing as "Chelsea Barracks.")
But I have two specific questions:
1. Justice Vos refers to the Prince's actions as "unconstitutional." Has the Judge made some specific references, citations, authority on which to base such an assertion?
2. Will there be an appeal? Simple fairness would so suggest, especially with the stakes so high. But I hear no mention. Any help will be appreciated.
