Via The Seattle Times:
Electric cables burst into flames as an eight-story office building which was leaning precariously for days in one of Manila's busy commercial districts, collapses hours after occupants fled. No injuries were reported but the incident damaged another building across the street.
In 1995,I was in Seoul, teaching English, when the
Sanpoong Department store collapsed right
next to my school. The problem there was
infrastructure--the building was made aware
of the structural weakness, but wilfully
disregarded all warnings. About 500 people lost their live, and the owner later went to jail
for negligence.

No you have this all wrong. This is Libeskind's latest.
I like it. It's different. You don't forget it. Livens up the whole area.
