But consider the audience reaction. Were they clapping for Gehry because he was assailed by a rude man? Or were they clapping for Gehry out of bully-worshipping sycophancy? (It is not always the underdog who gains the mob's cheers.)
No way for general public to know until we can see the tape ourselves. I know neither Kent nor Gehry and can form no opinion about the behavior of either man until I see the tape, (though of course at an intellectual level I am clearly and enthusiastically of Kent's camp. But that doesn't mean that Kent might not have gone over the line. Just trying to be rigorous. If Gehry really thinks he was abused he ought to be the first to urge the tape be made public.
